I believe that to build a strong team it’s imperative to know each person’s personality and understand their skills and experience. Building positive relationships and understanding my team’s strengths and weaknesses allows me to give them the proper time and space to do their best work. Pair that understanding with structure, clear direction and detailed, hands on feedback I help my team to be truly creative and take risks without derailing the budget and timeline. A solid management strategy, organization and experience with a myriad of creative projects allows me to think not just on the creative tasks, but the full scope of the project and the process for execution.
